Anastasium The Dawn of EDeN Beta

Dear Beta Reader,
First, thank you so much for taking the time to read and share your thoughts on Anastasium: The Dawn of EDeN. Your perspective is invaluable to me, and I truly appreciate your willingness to help shape this story.
About the Book:
Anastasium: The Dawn of EDeN is a prequel novella, designed to explore the origins of key characters and the events that set the stage for the novel series beginning with Shadows of Deception. It presents a complete and self-contained narrative, while remaining intentionally focused and open-ended to serve its purpose within a broader arc. Rather than exploring every possible thread, it aims to deepen emotional resonance, ethical tension, and character motivation for what’s to come.
The tone leans literary and poetic, with a character-driven focus set against a science fiction backdrop. The first third moves more slowly by design, building character interiority and philosophical weight. As the story progresses, the pace quickens, leading toward its climax. I’m especially interested in whether this rhythm worked for you and how it shaped your experience.
